1,556 private homes including EC units sold in July, up 89% from June: URA
In July 2019, 1178 units of new homes (excluding ECs) were sold and that is a staggering increase of 43.5% compared to the previous month. If we were to include ECs developers in July 2019 would have sold a total of 1556 new units, an increase of 89.3% compared to the previous month.
